Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all training programs, lab sessions, and private coaching offered by MindField Analysis Center. By registering for a program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Workshop and Lab Cancellations by Participant

More than 14 days before the session

Full refund of any fees paid, minus a 200,000 VND administrative fee. Deposits are fully refundable within this window.

7 to 14 days before the session

50% refund of fees paid. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to a future session of the same program at no additional charge (transfer valid for 12 months).

Less than 7 days before the session

No refund. You may transfer your place to another person at no charge by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the session start time.

2. Private Coaching Cancellations

Coaching appointments cancelled more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund or may be rescheduled once at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the session fee. No-shows are treated as cancellations within 48 hours.

3. Deposits

Workshop deposits (30% of the total fee) hold your seat until the balance is due seven days before the session. Deposits follow the cancellation timeline above. If you cancel within the full-refund window, the deposit is returned minus the administrative fee.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Printed workbooks already shipped or collected before cancellation
• Administrative fees (200,000 VND) on eligible refunds
• Sessions where the participant was removed for conduct violations (see Terms of Service)

5. Cancellations by MindField Analysis Center

If we cancel a session due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund of all fees paid or the option to transfer to the next available date. We will notify you at least 5 business days before the scheduled session whenever possible.

6. Rescheduling

Participants may reschedule once to a future session of the same program at no charge if the request is made more than 7 days before the original session date. Rescheduling within 7 days is treated as a cancellation under Section 1.

7. Work Already Started

For multi-day workshops, leaving after Day 1 has begun does not entitle you to a partial refund. Private coaching sessions that have commenced are non-refundable regardless of time remaining.

8. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (bank transfer or cash, matching how payment was received). You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

9. Package and Group Bookings

Group discounts and package rates are calculated on the full group or package enrolment. Partial cancellations within a group booking may forfeit the group discount on remaining participants; we will recalculate fees accordingly before processing any refund.
